How it works
Whether you order a plan or sign up for coaching, here's what happens next.
Pick a one-off training plan for your race distance, or choose a coaching tier based on how much support you want month to month.
Fill in a short intake form — your current fitness, schedule, goals, and any injuries. This is what makes your plan genuinely personal.
Your programme is delivered within 48–72 hours, day by day with pace and effort guidance. Coaching clients also get a kick-off call to walk through it together.
Plan-only clients run independently. Essential clients check in monthly. Standard get bi-weekly reviews. Premium get weekly check-ins and on-demand messaging.
