Running Coaching · All Levels
The Road Runner Method is a coaching programme for runners of every level, built around you and your life, not a generic training schedule.
About the coach
I started running in 2021 and ran my first marathon in Valencia in 2022. Three years later I ran a 3:00:04 in Melbourne. The 10K and half marathon are still my favourite distances to race, and I'm always working toward the next improvement.
When I decided I wanted to coach, I got my Athletics Australia certification. Not as a side note to something else, but because coaching is something I take seriously. What I kept seeing in other runners pushed me to start: people who had the commitment and the ability, but were following plans that didn't fit their schedule, their body, or where they were in their running journey.
What I bring is a genuine belief that most people are capable of more than they think. My job is to build the plan that proves it. That means no unnecessary volume, no generic templates, and no one-size-fits-all approach. Every runner I work with gets something written specifically for them, with regular check-ins to make sure it keeps working as life gets in the way.
The Road Runner Method is the framework behind all of it. Progressive training, smart recovery, and a structure that adapts to your life rather than demanding you adapt to it. Whether you're lining up for your first race or trying to finally crack a time goal, the method stays the same. The plan is just built for you.
"My job isn't to give you the hardest plan. It's to give you the right one."
Plans and pricing

Most popular
Coaching · Monthly
Fortnightly check-ins keep your plan sharp and your motivation high.
Coaching · Monthly
For runners who want more access and more support between sessions.
Plan vs coaching
Both options are built the same way. The difference is how much support you want along the way.
How it works
Whether you order a plan or sign up for coaching, the whole thing takes about 48 to 72 hours from enquiry to your first run.
Pick a one-off training plan for your race distance, or choose a coaching tier based on how much support you want each month.
Fill in a short intake form covering your current fitness, schedule, goals, and any injuries. This is what makes the plan genuinely yours.
Your programme arrives within 48 to 72 hours, day by day with pace and effort guidance. Coaching clients receive their plan monthly through FinalSurge, plus a kick-off call to walk through it together.
Plan-only clients run independently. The Method includes fortnightly check-ins. The Pursuit adds weekly check-ins and on-demand messaging between sessions.
Runner stories
"I'd never run a race in my life. Twelve weeks later I crossed the finish line of my first half marathon in 1:36. I still can't quite believe it."
"I had never run before. Twelve weeks later I finished my first 10K race in 67 minutes. I wasn't expecting what running would do for my mental health. That part surprised me the most."
"I had a military fitness test coming up that required me to run 25km with a 20kg pack. I had never trained for anything like it. The plan got me there and I passed."
"My goal was to get to the start line of a HYROX race. No running experience, weak knees, no idea where to begin. In 12 weeks I went from nothing to running 15km continuously. I still can't quite believe it."
